At the request of the Prison Administration, Family Vision Foundation conducted a 3 day programme in May 2014 on "Success Skills in the Workplace" for 100 convicts in Tihar Jail.
These are convicts who have displayed good behaviour while in prison and who have nearly completed their sentences. This programme prepared them for job interviews and covered topics like presentation skills, grooming and being confident.
We are happy to say that 67 of these prison inmates have received letters of employment by nearly 20 companies who came to the prison and interviewed them.
