The Family Vision Foundation Team
Family Vision Foundation's core team consists of social workers, trainers and counsellors, whose cross-disciplinary experience in the field of training, counselling, social work, disaster relief, event management and the performing arts over the last 20 years puts them in a unique position to respond creatively and innovatively to the myriad developmental challenges society faces.

President
Srikumar Pillai brings with him nearly three decades of hands-on experience in the twin fields of counselling and social development. An alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, he began serving those in need in 1983 and has not looked back since.
Besides being a certified FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientations - Behaviour) counsellor, Srikumar has spearheaded projects as varied as prisoner reform programmes at Tihar Prisons, disaster relief projects in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat, and guidance programmes for those at difficult and critical points in their personal and professional lives.

Treasurer
Deepti Rosario began working with disturbed teenagers as a peer counsellor in 2004. She has helped conduct counselling and personal development programmes for parents and students in Delhi, Haryana, U.P., Rajasthan and Punjab. Deepti has extensive experience in working with children from broken homes and has conducted many "equal opportunity" programmes for them.
She is also an accomplished singer and has contributes her talent to the cause of mobilizing resources for children from broken homes.

Consultant
Rohit Kumar is a training and programme development specialist with 15 years of training experience assisting personal and organizational development for organizations, institutions and companies in 22 cities across India.
An alumnus of Hindu College, New Delhi, Rohit is a certified MBTI administrator and specializes in developing and delivering training programmes for parents, teachers and other professionals. Rohit has also developed a series of value education life-skills programmes for senior school students.
